Construction

- Resin infusion used on the hull and house with DIAB foam

- 2 pack paint on all finish surfaces – no gelcoat

- 2 pack paint in all bilges, machinery spaces and lazarette

- Built to USL 2B survey requirements

- Integral fuel and water tanks as structural members of the vessel

- Accoustic , thermal and fire insulation used on the engine room insulation to reduce interior and accommodation space noise.

- Integral stringers and bulkheads throughout.



Mechanical

- Airconditiong – 4 zones with reverse cycle heat for controlled interior environments with individual controls for salon and staterooms. With ducting to heads.

- 240V pressurized fresh water system with redundancy built in with 4 exterior outlets – bow, cockpit, bridge and tower. Separate interior system for no pressure loss while washing the boat and taking showers

- USL survey crash pumps (engine driven and manual) as well as 24 V in all bilges connected to manual and automatic float switches with monitoring lights on the bridge.

- Engine room fans with water separator for the cleanest salt free environment for the machinery spaces as required to exceed engine manufacturers requirements

- Individual sea strainers for engines and gensets

- USL survey fire suppression system

- Fresh water supply in the engine room for ease of cleaning and maintenance

- Fuel supply, shutoffs and plumbing to USL survey requirements
