TRADITION 56 Specifications Hull 5601 Built to USL Code 2B (Queensland) offshore vessel
Specifications of each area: Construction - Full exopy vacuum bagging construction used on the hull and house with DIAB foam - 2 pack paint on all finish surfaces – no gelcoat - 2 pack paint in machinery spaces and lazarette - Integral fuel and water tanks as structural members of the vessel - Integral stringers and bulkheads throughout. - Single color single line boot stripe Cockpit - Full teak laid deck, raised cockpit and 2 steps using 45mm wide 9mm thick teak planks with full depth Sikaflex 290 dc caulking with 60mm margins on 3 sides. - 3 flush hatches, no borders on hatches, 2 live wells, one each on either side of the chair stanchion (tuna tubes optional at buyers additional cost) and positive latch on hinged lazarette hatch as required by survey. - Out swinging tuna door with SS latch - Covering boards are teak approx 300mm wide x 25mm thick, aft of tower legs and across transom, bullnosed on inside edge - 5 SS heavy duty cleats – tapped into plates glassed into cockpit sides - 6 Lees Swivel Rodholders, 2 x 90, 2 x 30, 2 x 15 - Center cockpit drain at transom. - Engine driven SW deck hose - Emergency crash pump manifold in Stbd locker under covering board - Fresh water outlet in port locker under covering board - 2 large freezers, coil wrapped, with bait rigging station on port side. - 2 under covering board lights - 2 all weather cockpit speakers under covering boards (for stereo and load hailer) - Scopinich tuna chair. Full chair cover Mezzanine - Base and back cushions covered with Sunbrella outdoor fabric, with 2 throw pillows - Storage under mezzanine seats, painted white seats with teak floor decking to match cockpit. - There are 2 steps from the cockpit to the Mezzanine level, the top step being a refrigerated drink box (with drain). The middle step being a refrigerated brine box (with drain) and the bottom step the fuel fills for the 2 aft tanks. (not drained) - 2 Overhead speakers and 3 overhead lights Salon Doors - 2 single doors, sliding with fixed pane glass, painted white on both sides to match boat. Salon - To port is a custom built U shaped couch covered in Latini Leather ($ 60.00 per meter maximum value allowance) with storage underneath, accessed by lifting up the seat cushions, to stbd is a matching styled day bed/lounge with the whole seat base lifting up to access rod storage underneath. Same Latini Leather covering (allowance of $ 60.00 per meter maximum value allowance) other material choices can be made based on material including Warwick Microsuede and Mokum Panama - Teak high low table with 2 lift up sides for coffee/dining. High gloss finish. Sized to fit into U shaped space - The salon ceiling is separated by a full length wire run, with pull down Lustrell polyurethane - Headliner (same throughout the boat, based on $ 44.00 per meter maximum value allowance) to reveal panels held up by screws to access the wire run to the console and overhang. - Flush mounted low voltage lights in the headliner. - The wire run is flanked by a teak handrail on each side. There is a teak valence on each side and aft bulkhead of the salon. - The entire floor is covered in Amtico flooring of a teak or similar look that will flow into the galley and salon. Amtico floor style /color can be selected by buyer. Or other covering to same value. ($2300.00 maximum allowable value) - Overhead air conditioning outlets on the fwd bulkhead blowing air aft, return air feeds under the salon/dinette couches. - Salon AC is 36000 BTU reverse cycle fed by 2 x 18000 BTU air handlers by Marvair. Galley - U shaped with a full satin finish with manufactured stone type countertops and back splash on 3 sides. - Forward side: Recessed 2 burner cook top with exhaust fan, ice maker and microwave/convection oven (combined value up to $3000 maximum allowable value) under counter. - Single door outboard on port side to access storage spaces. - Stainless Steel underslung sink - 4 teak veneered cupboard doors on forward port bulkhead. - Custom built galley U TEC fridge cabinet and air/water cooled condensing unit. (Approx 1500W x 550D x 900H)-Galley front opening side by side fridge cabinet fitted with 2 x teak doors, satin teak finished - 50mm insulation and fiberglass vapour seal surround, standard 1/2" SS cabinet drains - Amtico flooring thru from salon under the dinette. The dinette table with be matching the countertops, and the cushions matching the salon material. - Storage under the dinette seats. Fwd seat has Survey required battery box above weather deck, vented overboard as required by survey. - Hidden 240V electrical outlets - Electrical panels on 2 inboard faces of galley (one low voltage, one high voltage) Entertainment System - Yamaha RXV663 multi zone 240V amp, Toshiba XDE500 DVD/CD player with IPod input. Wireless loud hailer from tower to cockpit speakers. Full surround sound with subwoofer. A 42” flat screen Toshiba 42AV500A TV is flush mounted into the wall over the dinette. (to maximum value including all vessel speakers to value of $12000.) Any additional requirements for Video systems, including tow cameras needs to advised and may impact these specifications and costs) - 32” Toshiba 32AV500A TV and Toshiba XDE500 DVD player in master Stateroom. - TV antenna – Glomex V-9150/00 Omni-directional TV antenna suitable for Analogue, Digital and HD Digital free-to-air terrestrial TV signal world-wide. Windows - Flush mounted fixed pane windows of 8mm thick (or to survey requirement) in grey tint , optional black anodized alloy framed sliding window on each fwd side 2 aft bulkhead windows and Salon doors in same fixed panel 8mm glass. - Companionway- down full teak stairs with curved front and lighting under each step. Storage under each step. Walls and ceiling covered in 3mm foam backed Lustrell polyurethane ( $ 60.00 per meter maximum allowable value). Teak trim around teak veneered doors. Staterooms Crew - Open to companionway crew bunks to stbd, 2 bunks with teak rails and foam mattresses with pillow top cover. A washer (approx 4.5kg) and dryer (approx 4.5kg)(max 610mm wide) (combined maximum value of $1000) are fitted into a teak veneered cupboard fwd and a teak veneered hanging locker and 2 drawers on the aft bulkhead. - Marvair 10000 BTU self contained AC unit. With teak grills and return air vents. - All companionway and stateroom floors are carpeted with Sanibel ($ 138.00 per meter maximum allowable value) with underlining over the top of access hatches to under floor storage and systems. - Walls and ceiling covered in 3mm foam backed Lustrell polyurethane ( $ 44.00 per meter maximum allowable value). Teak trim around teak veneered doors. Master - Stateroom to port with queen bed with teak rail, raised up to maximize storage underneath. Bed is hinged and lifts up on rams to access storage spaces. Outboard teak veneered storage cupboards and hanging locker with drawers. 32” TV and DVD player. - Walls covered and ceilings covered in 3mm foam backed Lustrell polyurethane ( $ 44.00 per meter maximum allowable value). Teak trim around teak veneered doors. - Marvair 10000 BTU self contained AC unit. With teak grills and return air vents. - Floors are carpeted with Sanibel ($ 138.00 per meter maximum allowable value) with underlining over the top of access hatches to under floor storage and systems. Forward - Stateroom has a double bed with single bed crossover above, both with teak rails. Teak Veneered storage and hanging spaces under the double and single beds. Cupboards and storage above double bed. Overhead escape hatch. - Walls and ceilings covered in 3mm foam backed Lustrell polyurethane ( $ 44.00 per meter maximum allowable value). Teak trim around teak veneered doors. - Marvair 10000 BTU self contained AC unit. Heads/Showers - Both heads are wet bathrooms, painted white with an outboard storage cupboard and mirror. Shower floors are wooden slats over a fiberglass floor. - Techma toilets in both heads. All changes outside of this will be subject to a Change Order - 2 White seat, teak arm Scopinich helm chairs with 4” SS pedestals and cushions and covers. - Upgrade to Ultra cushions is available (additional $900 each chair) - Non skid floor - L shaped couch to port and straight couch to stbd with storage under - Couches upholstered in white Marine Vinyl cushion top and backrest. - Single lever controls with integral pod and SS wheel and bezel - Lighted compass - 3 sided Vyback enclosure with front vent and large center opening that clips to overhead hardtop, not rolled up. Side screens fixed. (changes to this set up will be an additional cost to buyer) - Hardtop with overhead radio box and radar pod on top. Bow - Black Marlin Towers brushed aluminium bow rail, no pulpit. As short as allowed by survey . - 6 SS heavy duty cleats - No toerail - SS bow roller to suit Bruce anchor and chain to survey requirements - Quick windlass to suit above with control switch located at bow area. - Fresh water supply Steering - full hydraulic steering on bridge and tower to survey requirements Outriggers - Lees 39’ Triple spreader aluminium outriggers.
